After a defensive mix-up in Ferreyra FC's zone, Prudencio Romano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseo Etxepare came out of the goal and Prudencio Romano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manuel Estebe received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eliseo Etxepare came out and tried to block the shot, but Manuel Estebe slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prudencio Romano got free with Eliseo Etxepare in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benicio Policarpio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Justino Maule tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Fuerte Apache's zone, Jonatan Corderun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justino Maule came out of the goal and Jonatan Corderun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Justino Maule stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonatan Corderun's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. If Jonatan Corderun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Ferreyra FC booed when Fuerte Apache was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Rocio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Ferreyra FC's Cosimo Iacomini tried to score from far away in the 24th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Fuerte Apache's Justino Maule played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Corderun in the 25th minute of play. Manuel Estebe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manuel Estebe hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Justino Maule took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benicio Policarpio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Fuerte Apache's Delmiro Sidoro got a free kick in the 34th minute. Jonatan Corderun struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Justino Maule didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ferreyra FC. In the 43rd minute, Fuerte Apache's Aurelio Sasoin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. After 47 played minutes Ferreyra FC got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Gabrio. Prudencio Romano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Eliseo Etxepare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

After 52 played minutes Fuerte Apache got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Sasoin. 54 minutes into the match, Fuerte Apache's goalkeeper Justino Maule had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cosimo Iacomini. Justino Maule made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonatan Corderun in the 55th minute. Gogo Eufrasio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonatan Corderun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Maule having to interfere. Justino Maule made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Corderun in the 63rd minute of play. Ferreyra FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cosimo Iacomini in the 64th minute. Cosimo Iacomini made a great header on Ferreyra FC's corner, it was just that Fuerte Apache's Justino Maule managed to reach the ball for a save. When Fuerte Apache's Prudencio Romano in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ferreyra FC's goalie prevented a goal. 80 minutes into the game, Aldo Gabrio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ferreyra FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fuerte Apache the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ferreyra FC's Aldo Gabrio got a free kick in the 80th minute. 86 minutes into the game, Cosimo Iacomini cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Justino Maule was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benicio Policarpio was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 93rd minute. Ferreyra FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.
