In the 7th match minute, takataka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Bidari to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute, Jonatan Arce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Benigno Gaufred took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Armando Joey to make any attempt to save it. 20 minutes into the game, Froilan Ulizes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. takataka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hasta La Victoria Siempre the free kick. Jonatan Arce ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, takataka's Cristian Domenec got a free kick in the 28th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Casimiro Selmo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hasta La Victoria Siempre's supporters rose to their feet, but Casimiro Selmo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armando Joey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
