Israel Lizer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Quexal in the 5th minute of the match. Gimnasia Lp's Israel Lizer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardino Otoniel in the 6th minute of play. Bernardino Otoniel scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Israel Lizer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Israel Lizer came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by La Renga FC's Emiliano Lizbeth. But to his dismay, Emiliano Lizbeth quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Jonatan Jakes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 19 minutes, Jonatan Jakes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gimnasia Lp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonatan Jakes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 23rd minute there was a penalty for La Renga FC. Anfous Prieto stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Israel Lizer. 0-3. Casper Hooiveld received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Israel Lizer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Israel Lizer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Quexal in the 31st minute of play. Bernardino Otoniel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. The Gimnasia Lp fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Israel Lizer should have stopped the shot. Jeremias Tello lost his temper 44 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of Gimnasia Lp:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La Renga FC:s goal. In the 47th minute there was a penalty for La Renga FC. Anfous Prieto stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Israel Lizer. 0-6. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angelo Patrido made a kick off. Gimnasia Lp's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Anfous Prieto scored to the left of an out of position Israel Lizer, making the score, 0-7. Constantino Hegoi came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Gimnasia Lp's Isaias Fero. But to his dismay, Isaias Fero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. Gimnasia Lp's Israel Lizer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casper Hooiveld in the 64th minute of play. Casper Hooiveld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Israel Lizer having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Gimnasia Lp's Conrado Martxot got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute, La Renga FC's Casper Hooiveld dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-8. Lucio Quexal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Israel Lizer made a huge save. 77 minutes into the game, Bernardino Otoniel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-9. Israel Lizer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 83 minutes into the match, Lucio Quexal dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Israel Lizer, 1-10. Conrado Martxot's late challenge caught a La Renga FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conrado Martxot helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of La Renga FC booed when Gimnasia Lp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Martxot didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Bernardino Otoniel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Israel Lizer was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-11. In the 90th match minute, La Renga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Ferrer to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Gimnasia Lp's Israel Lizer got control of the ball when Bernardino Otoniel tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gimnasia Lp's Conrado Martxot got a free kick in the 97th minute. When the final whistle sounded La Renga FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gimnasia Lp.
