The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Armando Buinton showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 30th minute, Federico Inautzi made a precise shot to the right of Ruperto Bastia. Palermo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Ruperto Bastia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Inautzi in the 35th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Sergio Petri dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Armando Buinton, 1-3.
