Spectators: 7098 (Terracing: 5356, Seating: 1642, VIP seats: 100) Antaje's Rolando Bidun started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Rolando Bidun came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Antaje fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rolando Bidun couldn't finish the play. Sebastian Vermudo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Leon Hitzeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rolando Bidun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leon Hitzeder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Primitivo Aguirre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute, Antaje's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Arsenio Berdoi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Rolando Bidun might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leon Hitzeder. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rolando Bidun ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcelo Leobardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Galindo in the 15th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Rolando Bidun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Leon Hitzeder was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sebastian Vermudo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Hitzeder having to interfere. Tomas Teodor struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Leon Hitzeder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Antaje. Leon Hitzeder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Bidun, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After 38 played minutes Samborombón FC got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Toli. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edelmiro Galindo was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Samborombón FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Toli to maneuver through the defense. The Antaje fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcelo Leobardo should have stopped the shot. 79 minutes into the match, Antaje's goal looked a bit too open when Cosme Toli came free, but Marcelo Leobardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leon Hitzeder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Bidun, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Jaime Jayvier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leon Hitzeder having to make a save. Antaje's Tomas Teodor got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 91 minutes into the match, Samborombón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Bidun came free, but Leon Hitzeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelo Leobardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Galindo in the 92nd minute of play. When the match was over Antaje could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Samborombón FC throughout the match.
