After 7 minutes, Ciriaco Intxixu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sundblad FC and the Bathurst FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sundblad FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Ciriaco Intxixu hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the match, Sundblad FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Beti came free, but Gonzalo Lauro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 12 played minutes Bathurst FC got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Beti. In the 14th minute, Natalio Crescencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Aaron Beti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bathurst FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aaron Beti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gonzalo Lauro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Natalio Crescencio charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Natalio Crescencio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sundblad FC's Natalio Crescencio got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Delmar Montel hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Benedykt Lesiecki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Gonzalo Lauro made a huge save. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Natalio Crescencio to strike the kick off in the second half. Aaron Beti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
