In the 18th match minute, Club A.Douglas Haig was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Indalecio to maneuver through the defense. Fermin Tano might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cesar Errapel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fermin Tano ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augusto Raulo in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cesar Errapel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 26 minutes, Dante Nerio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club A.Douglas Haig's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dante Nerio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Esteve Chuse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Sanson, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Fermin Tano struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Cesar Errapel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juanillo FC. Fermin Tano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesar Errapel having to interfere. Club A.Douglas Haig's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Augusto Raulo 38 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Cesar Errapel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fermin Tano in the 43rd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Dante Nerio made the kick off in the second half. Juanillo FC's Esteve Chuse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Nerio in the 52nd minute of play. Vicente Crescencio charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vicente Crescencio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
