Lucio Cordarell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ruperto Frederico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With his leg Octavio Elixio managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Maranaos FC's Lucio Cordarell fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lucio Cordarells short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Octavio Elixio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Octavio Elixio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucio Cordarell's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Godofredo Naldo scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Delmar Beti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Godofredo Salomone took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Delmar Beti. Delmar Beti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If Lucio Cordarell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 31 minutes, Lucio Cordarell made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Cambaceres FC's Octavio Elixio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute Vicente Brion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Beti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Godofredo Naldo kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Vicente Brion scored 1-4 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Delmar Beti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 47 minutes into the match, Maranaos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Brion came free, but Delmar Beti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucio Cordarell made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anastasio Balesio in the 55th minute of play forced Maranaos FC's goalkeeper Delmar Beti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucio Cordarell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Octavio Elixio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anastasio Balesio during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Lucio Cordarell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Octavio Elixio was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Godofredo Naldo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Delmar Beti made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vicente Brion got free with Delmar Beti in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 76 minutes into the match, Maranaos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Donio came free, but Delmar Beti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Cambaceres FC's zone, Lucio Cordarell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octavio Elixio came out of the goal and Lucio Cordarell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Delmar Beti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Naldo in the 84th minute of play. Delmar Beti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Salomone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Vicente Brion could shoot a difficult shot in the 95th minute, which Delmar Beti however easily saved by the left post. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cambaceres FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
