Spectators: 7049 (Terracing: 5349, Seating: 1640, VIP seats: 60) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marcos Elia kicked off to start the match. Rigoberto Ugaitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christian Beltran in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Erramu in the 7th minute of play forced Aranguren FC's goalkeeper Javier Chaime to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10thth minute of the game Alvaro Erramu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aranguren FC's Javier Chaime was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Javier Chaime stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rolando Miliano's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Roberto Urtsua threw the ball into play from the sideline. Corazul FC's Dalmacio Theobald quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Rolando Miliano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rigoberto Ugaitz made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Christian Beltran sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roberto Urtsua during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Corazul FC booed when Aranguren FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Urtsua didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Beltran scored 1-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rigoberto Ugaitz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zeledon Rameriz charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zeledon Rameriz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 33rd match minute, Aranguren FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Rameriz to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute Rolando Miliano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Chaime saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Corazul FC's Dalmacio Theobald in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Aranguren FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 37th minute Rolando Miliano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Chaime saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Aranguren FC defense, Gaston Rivero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Javier Chaime. The Aranguren FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Javier Chaime should have stopped the shot.

Rolando Miliano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Javier Chaime took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolando Miliano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Miliano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Chaime having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Alvaro Erramu took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Javier Chaime to make any attempt to save it. Alvaro Erramu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 2-2 became the score in the 69th minute when Marcos Elia elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 75th minute Christian Beltran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Ugaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Corazul FC! Ramiro Orlandus did an outstanding performance 81 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 3-2 to the right of an irritated Rigoberto Ugaitz in the goal. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 88th minute, when Corazul FC's Gaston Rivero after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Javier Chaime in Aranguren FC's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. In the 92nd minute, Baldomiro Rutenio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 93 played minutes Corazul FC got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Raymond. Marcos Elia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Rigoberto Ugaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Aranguren FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
