Andres Gaueko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Bernad in the 7th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in León AFC's zone, Eloy Moise stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reynaldo Sabin came out of the goal and Eloy Moise tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amnesia Haze's 柳翀诚 got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Errapel hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 柳翀诚's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Reynaldo Sabin firmly grabbed it by the left post. Reynaldo Sabin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eloy Moise's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Andres Behe managed to get in a good position for a shot. León AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Andres Behe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andres Gaueko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jimeno Bernad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th match minute, León AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Roldanillo to maneuver through the defense. 柳翀诚 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the game, Rosendo Rico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. León AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Amnesia Haze the free kick. The supporters of Amnesia Haze booed when León AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosendo Rico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eloy Moise sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, León AFC's Rosendo Rico got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eloy Moise in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reynaldo Sabin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 46 played minutes León AFC got a freekick which was hit by Prospero Izel.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eloy Moise made a kick off. Andres Gaueko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jimeno Bernad in the 52nd minute. If 柳翀诚 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. León AFC's Reynaldo Sabin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eloy Moise in the 58th minute of play. In the 62nd minute of the match Elias Hurko shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Reynaldo Sabin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Reynaldo Sabin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eloy Moise, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute, 柳翀诚 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Amnesia Haze fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. León AFC's Rosendo Rico got his second yellow card of the match in the 76th minute. The referee ordered Rosendo Rico off the ground. A collision led to León AFC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Rosendo Rico hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the match, Amnesia Haze's goalkeeper Andres Gaueko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jimeno Bernad. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eloy Moise in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reynaldo Sabin saved León AFC from getting behind. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind León AFC's goalkeeper Reynaldo Sabin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 85 played minutes Amnesia Haze got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Claus. A hard shot by Daniel Errapel from long distance, 86 minutes into the match, got Andres Gaueko's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Jimeno Bernad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Andres Gaueko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amnesia Haze's Andres Gaueko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Amnesia Haze from getting a goal against them. León AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
