Talva's Maximo Lugo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 22nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Real Uturungo's Carmelo Ostargi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Real Uturungo from getting a goal against them. 31 minutes into the match, Real Uturungo's goalkeeper Carmelo Ostargi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximo Lugo. Maximo Lugo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sixto Huly stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Maximo Lugo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Real Uturungo getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Agustín Barreiro hit a great ball. Maximo Lugo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Joaquin Misael the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Real Uturungo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Joaquin Misael had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 58th minute, one of Real Uturungo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Real Uturungo. Paolo Celio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Carmelo Ostargi. Real Uturungo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Real Uturungo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carmelo Ostargi should have stopped the shot.
