The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Israel Pacifico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Anselmo Hurko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nestor Taurino during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nestor Taurino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Hurko having to interfere. Dante Modestio hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After having played for 27 minutes, Dante Modestio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LAREVANCHA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dante Modestio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, LAREVANCHA's goal looked a bit too open when Apolo Haritz came free, but Oscar Berart reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oscar Berart took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valer Abrudan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valer Abrudan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oscar Berart having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roque Lando in the 39th minute of play forced C.A Nueva Chicago's goalkeeper Anselmo Hurko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Restu kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Raimundo Beliran fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Anselmo Hurko, passed just outside the right post. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valer Abrudan to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Dante Modestio managed to get in a good position for a shot. LAREVANCHA's supporters rose to their feet, but Dante Modestio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmo Hurko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 53 minutes into the match, Raimundo Beliran notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of C.A Nueva Chicago's Anselmo Hurko. Anselmo Hurko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, C.A Nueva Chicago's Joaquin Restu got a free kick in the 57th minute. Joaquin Restu kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Raimundo Beliran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Hurko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The LAREVANCHA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 94th minute Raimundo Beliran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Hurko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anselmo Hurko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Pacifico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that LAREVANCHA were the better team. LAREVANCHA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
