The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benito Gaztea during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Baldomero Rami managed to get in a good position for a shot. LAS BRUJAS GROW's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomero Rami was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melquiades Maxin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Baldomero Rami had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the game, LAS BRUJAS GROW's Ramon Ieltxu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melquiades Maxin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Benito Gaztea was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 25 minutes had been played. In the 25th minute, Benito Gaztea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andres Socorro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Hugo Banegas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melquiades Maxin was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Baldomero Rami received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Melquiades Maxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andres Socorro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. LAS BRUJAS GROW's Hugo Banegas got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 53rd minute, LAS BRUJAS GROW's Ramon Ieltxu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Melquiades Maxin. Melquiades Maxin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. In the 56th minute, Arnaldo Ostots reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Melquiades Maxin. The goal made the score 0-3. Jorge Procopio charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Procopio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to LAS BRUJAS GROW getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Melquiades Maxin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Baldomero Rami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice moves Baldomero Rami could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Melquiades Maxin however easily saved by the left post. Baldomero Rami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Laureano Ezkerra fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Poblet's protests and gave Laureano Ezkerra a yellow card for diving instead. Ramon Ieltxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Maxin having to interfere. Ramon Ieltxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ramon Ieltxu might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melquiades Maxin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramon Ieltxu ran back to his position shaking his head. Arnaldo Lizer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andres Socorro's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. 82 minutes into the match, Poblet's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Banegas came free, but Melquiades Maxin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Poblet's Melquiades Maxin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Poblet from getting a goal against them. Ramon Ieltxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baldomero Rami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 91st minute, Andres Socorro made a precise shot to the right of Arnaldo Lizer. LAS BRUJAS GROW's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. If Baldomero Rami had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded LAS BRUJAS GROW left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Poblet.
