Benjamin Ulizes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andres Chuse's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute of the match Raul Procopio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benjamin Ulizes skillfully saved the ball. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valentin Belmiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Talamuyana's Angelo Constancio suffered a sore knee after 53 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Lisandro Sarracino charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of ROSARIO CENTRAL booed when Talamuyana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Procopio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paolo Chepe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Ulizes having to interfere. German Oliveiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Silviano in the 72nd minute of play. But to his dismay, Valentin Belmiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Fidel Silviano scored 3-2 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of German Oliveiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The ROSARIO CENTRAL support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
