In the 22nd minute, Marcelo Raymundo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piamonte FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When Urbano Policarpio came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Piamonte FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urbano Policarpio couldn't finish the play. 32 minutes into the game, Marcelo Raymundo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Pastor Gaizkine was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 36 minutes of play, Piamonte FC's Marcelo Raymundo made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pastor Gaizkine was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Sportivo Desamparados getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Jorge Diagur hit a great ball. Marcelo Raymundo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Pastor Gaizkine made a huge save. The referee ignored Sportivo Desamparados's protests and gave Justino Lluterio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th minute, Justino Lluterio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute, Urbano Policarpio made a precise shot to the right of Pastor Gaizkine. Sportivo Desamparados's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Sportivo Desamparados's Pastor Gaizkine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ariel Napier in the 96th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Piamonte FC had won after a very even match.
