The NextGen Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damian Gonsalvo should have stopped the shot. Damian Gonsalvo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Venancio Millano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Lázaro Virila notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of NextGen Team's Damian Gonsalvo. Damian Gonsalvo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 龚棋震 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteban Abaurre, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After a defensive mix-up in NextGen Team's zone, Primitivo Bihar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Gonsalvo came out of the goal and Primitivo Bihar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd match minute, NextGen Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Abaurre to maneuver through the defense. NextGen Team's Damian Gonsalvo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Millano in the 39th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 40th minute of the game. One of Pasion Roja:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of NextGen Team:s goal. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, 龚棋震 successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Primitivo Bihar got free with Damian Gonsalvo in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Damian Gonsalvo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lázaro Virila in the 53rd minute. A collision led to NextGen Team getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Justo Marino hit a great ball. Saverio Oton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. 龚棋震 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Venancio Millano kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Damian Gonsalvo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Milian in the 66th minute of play. Esteban Abaurre kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Pasion Roja's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Marino came free, but 龚棋震 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute Justo Marino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 龚棋震 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saverio Oton in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 龚棋震 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Venancio Millano kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Saverio Oton struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. 龚棋震 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NextGen Team. 龚棋震 came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by NextGen Team's Justo Marino. But to his dismay, Justo Marino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Damian Gonsalvo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Virila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When NextGen Team's Justo Marino in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pasion Roja's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of NextGen Team booed when Pasion Roja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ladislao Seber didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the game, NextGen Team's Justo Marino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 龚棋震 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. The NextGen Team players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
