In the 4th minute, Manantiales's Celso Bero dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. If Alfredo Elia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aristides Cidro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 13 minutes into the match, C.A Tucuman's goalkeeper Clemente Tab had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aristides Cidro. With a little luck, C.A Tucuman's Clemente Tab got control of the ball when Celso Bero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hector Ted fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Tab having to interfere. Clemente Tab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Elia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celso Bero's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Clemente Tab skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Aristides Cidro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Clemente Tab made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celso Bero in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clemente Tab saved C.A Tucuman from getting behind. Celso Bero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Clemente Tab came out and tried to block the shot, but Celso Bero slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute, Pedro Presebal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Celso Bero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Clemente Tab was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Raimundo Katia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artemio Larpe in the 71st minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Alfredo Elia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manantiales fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 82nd minute, Celso Bero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 88 played minutes C.A Tucuman got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Osasun. After a defensive mix-up in C.A Tucuman's zone, Tomas Senio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clemente Tab came out of the goal and Tomas Senio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes into the match, C.A Tucuman's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Bero came free, but Clemente Tab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Manantiales fully deserved thier win.
