Spectators: 7074 (Terracing: 5306, Seating: 1627, VIP seats: 141) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Walter Casagrande kicked off to start the match. If Justino Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tano Pernia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Freddy Joachim having to make a save. Walter Casagrande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the match, Honorato Chaime notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Detroit's Freddy Joachim. Freddy Joachim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Walter Casagrande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Joachim having to interfere. Freddy Joachim came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Delfina Luisina's Tano Pernia. But to his dismay, Tano Pernia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With a little luck, Delfina Luisina's Leon Mero got control of the ball when Justino Barros tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Andres Bibiano fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Detroit's protests and gave Andres Bibiano a yellow card for diving instead. 26 minutes into the match, Detroit's goal looked a bit too open when Tano Pernia came free, but Freddy Joachim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Detroit's Freddy Joachim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorato Chaime in the 29th minute of play. If Tano Pernia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Walter Casagrande in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Freddy Joachim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 36th minute of the game. One of Detroit:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Delfina Luisina:s goal. Walter Casagrande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andres Bibiano to strike the kick off in the second half. Freddy Joachim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorato Chaime, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tano Pernia struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Freddy Joachim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Delfina Luisina. If Tano Pernia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Tano Pernia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Detroit getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Justino Barros hit a great ball. When Tano Pernia came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Delfina Luisina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tano Pernia couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Detroit's Freddy Joachim got control of the ball when Tano Pernia tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77th minute, Tano Pernia fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Tano Pernia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute, Braulio Vincent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tano Pernia took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Freddy Joachim. Freddy Joachim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 89 minutes into the game, Delfina Luisina's Tano Pernia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Freddy Joachim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. The Detroit fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Delfina Luisina were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
