Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gaudencio Dolfos made the kick off which started today's match. Severiano Rudolfo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Xabel in the 3rd minute of the match. Nicanor Iago kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Canals AFC's zone, Claudio Xabel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severiano Rudolfo came out of the goal and Claudio Xabel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aldo Berbiz struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Elias Boniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canals AFC. Erubiel Teyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute, Severo Stephen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elias Boniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Teyo in the 14th minute of play. Aldo Berbiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Elias Boniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st match minute, Canals AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicanor Iago to maneuver through the defense. Agustin Atauri hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After 23 played minutes, Casbas AFC's Cornelio Abadie shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Severiano Rudolfo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Casbas AFC reached it. After a rather tough play, Canals AFC's Agustin Atauri got a free kick in the 24th minute. If Aldo Berbiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vicente Txilar hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Erubiel Teyo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canals AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Erubiel Teyo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elias Boniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

A collision led to Casbas AFC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Amador Tadzio hit a great ball. Aldo Berbiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th minute Erubiel Teyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Boniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Marcos Sagrario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 72 played minutes, Canals AFC's Raul Kaxen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Elias Boniel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Canals AFC reached it. After having played for 77 minutes, Claudio Xabel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Casbas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudio Xabel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Casbas AFC's Elias Boniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Berbiz in the 83rd minute of play. Erubiel Teyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute Aldo Berbiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Boniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudio Xabel had several of the Canals AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 87 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Severiano Rudolfo as he didn't even see the shot coming. Elias Boniel came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Canals AFC's Erubiel Teyo. But to his dismay, Erubiel Teyo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1.
