Spectators: 6650 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 0) Lorenzo Dominic started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th minute, Casbas AFC's Gaudencio Dolfos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Elias Boniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Dominic, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. If Joel Millrick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lorenzo Dominic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elias Boniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Dominic, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. A collision led to Casbas AFC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Nunez Tonete hit a great ball. Eduardo Teofilio was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 30th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Millrick in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elias Boniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 36 minutes of play, sarmiento's Eduardo Teofilio made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elias Boniel was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Amador Tadzio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sílvio Luiz Pimenta. That made the score 2-2 in the 40 minute of play. In the 44th minute, Lorenzo Dominic left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The sarmiento fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. After the first half sarmiento were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Gaudencio Dolfos made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Marcos Sagrario collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. Iacob Hudiță's late challenge caught a Casbas AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iacob Hudiță helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th minute of the match, Lorenzo Dominic tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Elias Boniel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Joel Millrick recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd minute, Joel Millrick fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Elias Boniel, passed just outside the right post. If Joel Millrick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute of the match, Eduardo Teofilio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Elias Boniel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Elias Boniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eduardo Teofilio's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Joel Millrick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Boniel having to interfere. Eduardo Teofilio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lorenzo Dominic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eduardo Teofilio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Elias Boniel came out and tried to block the shot, but Eduardo Teofilio slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 81st minute. 87 minutes into the game, Feliberto Llanos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Casbas AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave sarmiento the free kick. In the 87th minute, Feliberto Llanos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Casbas AFC's zone, Joel Millrick stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Boniel came out of the goal and Joel Millrick tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th minute of the match Petros Paraskevopoulos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elias Boniel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. sarmiento played a much better game than Casbas AFC and deserved their victory. The Casbas AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
