Florencio Goyo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Agustin Llanos made a huge save. After having played for 93 minutes, Lázaro Weterio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DON ORIONE AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lázaro Weterio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. DON ORIONE AC's Albino Lawrence was substituted for Lázaro Weterio. The DON ORIONE AC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Tuyutí to win.
