In the 96th match minute, Martin Fierro F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Charro to maneuver through the defense. 97 minutes into the match, Martin Fierro F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Fulgencio Gonsalvo came free, but Cesar Dolcet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Martin Fierro F.C's zone, Fernando Henric stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cesar Dolcet came out of the goal and Fernando Henric tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Madariaga 's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
