Lino Gaizko was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but José Mendes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 30 minute of play. The supporters of Lomitas booed when Niupi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulises Eusko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lázaro Haimar charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lázaro Haimar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lázaro Haimar hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After 42 played minutes Lomitas got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Astudillo.

The wind increased when Gogo Domenec made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Lomitas getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Matias Peter hit a great ball. Gogo Domenec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Albino Tulio made a huge save. Jesus Urbez kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. If Lázaro Haimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the game, Gogo Domenec cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Albino Tulio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Niupi FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Benito George hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the game, Niupi FC's Gogo Domenec nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albino Tulio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. 79 minutes into the match, Lomitas's goalkeeper Albino Tulio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulises Eusko. In the 81st minute Pascual Guilabertus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Gaizko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albino Tulio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito George, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Niupi FC's Vinicio Solustiano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-5. Cristo Romelio hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers José Mendes in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lino Gaizko saved Niupi FC from getting behind. Jesus Urbez hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Niupi FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
