An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Valentine in the 14th minute of play forced Manchester City's goalkeeper Ramiro Hulberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramiro Hulberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qiu Qi Chang in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Clemente Valentine notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Manchester City's Ramiro Hulberto. Ramiro Hulberto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ramiro Hulberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Valentine in the 29th minute of the match. Manchester City's Ramiro Hulberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Valentine in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Manchester City's Ciro Dabi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gervasio Michael made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 36th minute Ciro Dabi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gervasio Michael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Clemente Valentine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romeo Acuña got free with Ramiro Hulberto in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th minute Romeo Acuña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Hulberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orlando Rencio to make the kick off. Manchester City's Ramiro Hulberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Valentine in the 53rd minute of play. In the 57th minute Romeo Acuña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Hulberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evelio Polledo kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Clemente Valentine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Romeo Acuña ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ramiro Hulberto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Ramiro Hulberto came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Xeneize Ricota's Clemente Valentine. But to his dismay, Clemente Valentine quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 77th minute, Qiu Qi Chang ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ramiro Hulberto was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Qiu Qi Chang in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramiro Hulberto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 83 minutes into the match, Manchester City's Călin Onuț sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gervasio Michael narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ramiro Hulberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nemesio Rudolfo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Orlando Rencio kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. When Edgar Favoretto fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manchester City's protests and gave Edgar Favoretto a yellow card for diving instead. After 91 played minutes Manchester City got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Favoretto. Manchester City's Ramiro Hulberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Sasoin in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute Angelo Sasoin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Hulberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xeneize Ricota's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
