Spectators: 7064 (Terracing: 5407, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Baltasar Bortzaioriz got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Almafuerte booed when Matambre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar Bortzaioriz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santos Incendio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Magdaleno, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 11th minute, Matambre's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gogo Oro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Baltasar Bortzaioriz struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Gaudencio Bidari didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Matambre. Santos Incendio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Magdaleno, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After having played for 35 minutes, Baltasar Bortzaioriz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Matambre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baltasar Bortzaioriz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lech Zakrzewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Gogo Oro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Santos Incendio. Matambre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gogo Oro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Primitivo Jordy made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Matambre's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Jordy came free, but Santos Incendio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 58 minutes of play, Almafuerte's Primitivo Jordy made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santos Incendio was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 60th match minute, Almafuerte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Jordy to maneuver through the defense. Gaudencio Bidari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Bortzaioriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Baltasar Bortzaioriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lech Zakrzewski kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Gogo Oro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Santos Incendio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Matambre's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Magdaleno came free, but Santos Incendio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erasmo Magdaleno's late challenge caught a Matambre's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erasmo Magdaleno helped the player get up and apologised. Santos Incendio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Jordy in the 94th minute of play. Almafuerte's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
