Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Desiderio Regis started the match with the kick off. Anacleto Matia hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Desiderio Regis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Dionisio Nesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Desiderio Regis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 14 played minutes El Porvenir got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Saturnin. The supporters of El Porvenir booed when Camps was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundo Sal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herminio Gasteiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafino Gonzales in the 24th minute of play. Paulo Saturnin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven-Ove Winström during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Camps getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Sven-Ove Winström hit a great ball. Dionisio Nesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Gonza in the 33rd minute of the match. Dionisio Nesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Regis in the 34th minute of play. Anacleto Matia kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Dionisio Nesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Regis in the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, El Porvenir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artemio Frutos to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Paulo Saturnin made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Camps defense, Paulo Saturnin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Herminio Gasteiz. The Camps fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herminio Gasteiz should have stopped the shot. Herminio Gasteiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Perico, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 70th minute, Igor Gonza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd match minute, Camps was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Regis to maneuver through the defense. Serafino Gonzales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Herminio Gasteiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Desiderio Regis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Dionisio Nesto made a huge save. The supporters of El Porvenir booed when Camps was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundo Sal didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Paulo Saturnin came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the El Porvenir fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Saturnin couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. El Porvenir had won after a very even match.
