Spectators: 7112 (Terracing: 5336, Seating: 1635, VIP seats: 141) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Paulo Saturnin started the match with the kick off. After 6 played minutes RECARGADO got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Cordaryal. If Paulo Saturnin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute Americo Perico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustacio Rosario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Saturnin scored 0-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eustacio Rosario, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dionisio Nesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Goito in the 22nd minute of play. Americo Perico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute Serafino Gonzales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustacio Rosario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugenio Cordaryal hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Serafino Gonzales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Eustacio Rosario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, RECARGADO's Isaac Goito got a free kick in the 37th minute. Serafino Gonzales sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isaac Goito stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eustacio Rosario made an important save on a dangerous shot by Americo Perico in the 60th minute. El Porvenir's Dionisio Nesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Cordaryal in the 69th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, El Porvenir's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Ricart came free, but Dionisio Nesto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eustacio Rosario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafino Gonzales in the 74th minute of the match. After 75 played minutes RECARGADO got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Ricart. Eustacio Rosario stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulo Saturnin's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. After having played for 79 minutes, Americo Perico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Porvenir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Americo Perico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Serafino Gonzales managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Porvenir's supporters rose to their feet, but Serafino Gonzales was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eustacio Rosario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Americo Perico might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eustacio Rosario. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Americo Perico ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 95th minute, Serafino Gonzales reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eustacio Rosario. The goal made the score 0-5. El Porvenir played a much better game than RECARGADO and deserved their victory. The RECARGADO players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
