After 25 minutes, Herman Kock made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Garza's Ricardo Abeijon tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Abelardo Mano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ricardo Abeijon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. Herman Kock could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Ricardo Abeijon made a huge save. Herman Kock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Abeijon having to interfere.
