When Bernardino Umea came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Boca jrs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardino Umea couldn't finish the play. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernardino Umea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rodrigo Pio's late challenge caught a AAC Cunex Asociados's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodrigo Pio helped the player get up and apologised. After 58 played minutes Boca jrs got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Pio. Conrado Valentine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Fidele, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Conrado Valentine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 79 minutes, Severiano Lope mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AAC Cunex Asociados and the Boca jrs players grew even worse after the yellow card. 86 minutes into the match, Boca jrs's goalkeeper 陈晨挺 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dionisio Rainerio. There was no doubt that Boca jrs were the better team. Boca jrs's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
