Tortugas's supporters rose to their feet, but Matias Sarracino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The supporters of Tortugas booed when Atlético Tulum was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ambrosio Chucho didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 97 played minutes Atlético Tulum got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Vellito. When the match was over Atlético Tulum could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tortugas throughout the match.
