The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clemente Erasto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ignacio Luzea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Teodosio Etxatxu made a huge save. In the 15th match minute, Atlético Tulum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernan Francis to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Ignacio Luzea made a precise shot to the right of Teodosio Etxatxu. Atlético Tulum's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Atlético Tulum's Teodosio Etxatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Txeru in the 55th minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Jeferson Lopes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético Tulum's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balboa the free kick. Jeferson Lopes hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match.
