Spectators: 7107 (Terracing: 5332, Seating: 1634, VIP seats: 141) The supporters of Barrancas booed when Rio Cuarto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustin Quico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barrancas's Ignacio Mino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Tzenov in the 7th minute of play. Ignacio Mino came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Rio Cuarto FC's Valentin Tzenov. But to his dismay, Valentin Tzenov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, Ingvar Biörling notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Barrancas's Ignacio Mino. Ignacio Mino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 15th minute, Ingvar Biörling left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rio Cuarto FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Ignacio Mino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Aimar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute Gonzalo Matia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Mino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rio Cuarto FC played a much better game than Barrancas and deserved their victory. The Barrancas players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
