After 28 played minutes, Magnano FC's Everardo Kaiet shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fabricio Matxin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Magnano FC reached it. When Ramon Ladio fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Astilla FC's protests and gave Ramon Ladio a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Magnano FC booed when Astilla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramon Ladio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ingo Scherer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Baltasar Guillem made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Augusto Frechoso kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Baltasar Guillem. That made the score 3-0 in the 35 minute of play. The supporters of Astilla FC booed when Magnano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Rameriz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baltasar Guillem was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Domingos Sousa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 42 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Ramon Ladio took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Baltasar Guillem to make any attempt to save it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Baltasar Guillem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Frechoso in the 69th minute of play. Baltasar Guillem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Frechoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baltasar Guillem dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0.
