Spectators: 7145 (Terracing: 5360, Seating: 1643, VIP seats: 142) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Domingo Torres kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Abuela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Torres came free, but Eulalio Ibañez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute Michel Linhares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Matthew saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvaro Matthew took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Biagio Rossini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Biagio Rossini's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alvaro Matthew was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Biagio Rossini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute, Biagio Rossini left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Abuela FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Maloyas's Domingo Torres was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 33rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When Abuela FC's Michel Linhares in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Maloyas's goalie prevented a goal. If Domingo Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Biagio Rossini to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Maloyas's zone, Biagio Rossini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvaro Matthew came out of the goal and Biagio Rossini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Biagio Rossini blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alvaro Matthew having to make a save. Isidoro Matthew charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isidoro Matthew the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Isidoro Matthew hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Maloyas's Alvaro Matthew proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Maloyas from getting a goal against them. When Isidoro Matthew was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 64 minutes had been played. In the 65th minute, Isidoro Matthew hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Biagio Rossini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Alvaro Matthew tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvaro Matthew stood somewhat misplaced when Michel Linhares came free in front of goal and shot 1-6 to the left of him in the 67 minute. After 72 played minutes Abuela FC got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Quilino. Biagio Rossini's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Alvaro Matthew skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 94th minute of the match, Biagio Rossini got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alvaro Matthew was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 96 minutes into the match, Biagio Rossini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alvaro Matthew. Maloyas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Biagio Rossini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8. Abuela FC played a much better game than Maloyas and deserved their victory. The Maloyas players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
