Tadeo Tipi in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mauro Hats, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in Federico FC's zone, Tadeo Tipi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauro Hats came out of the goal and Tadeo Tipi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Primitivo Urbes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 22ndth minute of the game Nestor Basualdo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tilcara AFC's Fernando Dantae was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Ascencio in the 24th minute of play forced Federico FC's goalkeeper Mauro Hats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernesto Guerau hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Nestor Basualdo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fernando Dantae was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. The supporters of Tilcara AFC booed when Federico FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiberto Dominguez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Tadeo Tipi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tilcara AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tadeo Tipi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Hats breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nestor Basualdo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Dantae having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeo Tipi in the 71st minute of play forced Federico FC's goalkeeper Mauro Hats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Tadeo Tipi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Hats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Santo Ascencio notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Federico FC's Mauro Hats. Mauro Hats was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 93 minutes, Tadeo Tipi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tilcara AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeo Tipi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tilcara AFC had won after a very even match.
