Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ampacama's Dinaras Urbonavičius started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Constituyentes's Cayetano Cefero got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Bernabe Gilesindo might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armando Qwinton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernabe Gilesindo ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Cayetano Cefero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Constituyentes's supporters rose to their feet, but Cayetano Cefero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilfredo Cefero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wilfredo Cefero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Cefero in the 9th minute of play. In the 16th match minute, Constituyentes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayetano Cefero to maneuver through the defense. When Leonel Lugo fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ampacama's protests and gave Leonel Lugo a yellow card for diving instead. After 20 played minutes Ampacama got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Lugo. A hard shot 22 in the game by Cayetano Cefero from a close distance when the talented Wilfredo Cefero managed to make a qualified save. Ampacama's players were relieved. Jairo Munio kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes Ampacama got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Lugo. Adrian Tipi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfredo Cefero having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Constituyentes's Cayetano Cefero got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cayetano Cefero in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilfredo Cefero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cayetano Cefero to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Ampacama defense, Cayetano Cefero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilfredo Cefero. The Ampacama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilfredo Cefero should have stopped the shot. After 55 minutes of play, Constituyentes's Cayetano Cefero made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilfredo Cefero was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 60 played minutes Ampacama got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Munio. The supporters of Ampacama booed when Constituyentes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustacio Nardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wilfredo Cefero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cayetano Cefero's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. After 75 played minutes Ampacama got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Costante. Wilfredo Cefero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayetano Cefero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, Constituyentes's goalkeeper Armando Qwinton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernabe Gilesindo. Dinaras Urbonavičius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Armando Qwinton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Adrian Tipi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiburcio Marcones hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 94th match minute, Ampacama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernabe Gilesindo to maneuver through the defense. Wilfredo Cefero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cayetano Cefero's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the Constituyentes players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
