Serafin Gutierrez hit a great ball. Sergio Joey came free with the goalkeeper in the 12th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Herminio Darien could save by the left post. In the 13th minute of the match, Vítor Fernandez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Herminio Darien saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 17 minutes into the match, Demetrio Tundo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of milloloco's Herminio Darien. Herminio Darien was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vítor Fernandez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Urbano Ovando's late challenge caught a Verón's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Urbano Ovando helped the player get up and apologised. Verón's Joaquin Kiliz was substituted for Angelino Dolcet. Sergio Joey could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Herminio Darien made a huge save. Serafin Gutierrez was shown his second yellow card after 43 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 44th match minute, milloloco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafin Gutierrez to maneuver through the defense. Sergio Joey succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 47th playminute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sergio Joey was the one to do the kick off. Urbano Ovando was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. 78 minutes into the game, Vítor Fernandez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Herminio Darien was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. milloloco's Herminio Darien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Joey in the 81st minute of play. Sergio Joey took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Herminio Darien. Herminio Darien dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Joel Matei's late challenge caught a Verón's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joel Matei helped the player get up and apologised. Joel Matei kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Verón had played much better football throughout.
