Anselmo Leocadio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Edgar Heinväli made a huge save. Anselmo Leocadio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Heinväli having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Anselmo Leocadio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Edgar Heinväli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 33rd match minute, Cubanitos de Ricota FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Tano to maneuver through the defense. Anselmo Leocadios short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Edgar Heinväli to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Anselmo Leocadio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cubanitos de Ricota FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anselmo Leocadio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgar Heinväli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. villa modelo FC's Edgar Heinväli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save villa modelo FC from getting a goal against them. After 41 played minutes villa modelo FC got a freekick which was hit by Ulises Daunte. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anselmo Leocadio made a kick off. In the 51st minute Ismael Ortzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Medero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Heinväli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Jaunzuria in the 54th minute of the match. The supporters of villa modelo FC booed when Cubanitos de Ricota FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Garci didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgar Heinväli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Leocadio, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 65 minutes into the game, Mario Loosen lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Tiburcio Medero. Edgar Heinväli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anacleto Jaunzuria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. villa modelo FC's Clodoveo Chap shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 74th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Tiburcio Medero but with some difficulty. Anselmo Leocadio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Heinväli having to interfere. Cubanitos de Ricota FC's Teobaldo Gaueko pulled a muscle in his back after 78 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 79th minute, Clodoveo Chap hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgar Heinväli came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Cubanitos de Ricota FC's Anselmo Leocadio. But to his dismay, Anselmo Leocadio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 85th minute, Armando Tano made a precise shot to the right of Edgar Heinväli. villa modelo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Edgar Heinväli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Leocadio in the 90th minute of play. Anselmo Leocadio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Heinväli having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Tano in the 93rd minute of play forced villa modelo FC's goalkeeper Edgar Heinväli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
