Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Barros made the kick off which started today's match. Baldomero Vela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Mercurio, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Pedro Lluques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Vela having to interfere. Maggolo's Baldomero Vela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmiro Mercurio in the 14th minute of play. Daniel Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Jurdan having to interfere. Tiburcio Jurdan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tiburcio Jurdan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 32nd match minute, Cafferata AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Lluques to maneuver through the defense. Tiburcio Jurdan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Barros went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Barros in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiburcio Jurdan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Maggolo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Delmiro Mercurio to make the kick off. Daniel Barros had several of the Cafferata AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 54 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Tiburcio Jurdan as he didn't even see the shot coming. Guido Errapel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Tiburcio Jurdan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Delmiro Mercurio fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cafferata AFC's protests and gave Delmiro Mercurio a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Cafferata AFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Delmiro Mercurio hit a great ball. After 64 played minutes Maggolo got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Belasko. Damian Ur was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 69 minutes into the match. After 68 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Maggolo! Tiburcio Jurdan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Errapel in the 76th minute of play. If Cecilio Gauargi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 82 minutes, Cecilio Gauargi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maggolo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cecilio Gauargi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cecilio Gauargi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tiburcio Jurdan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maggolo's goalkeeper Baldomero Vela, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Delmiro Mercurio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maggolo's Ramiro Huly got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Cafferata AFC's Claudio Erauso got a free kick in the 95th minute. Maggolo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
