Hilario Gora might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tiburcio Jurdan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pailemán FC's Froilan Karlo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Lluques in the 70th minute of play. Tiburcio Jurdan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Pailemán FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cafferata AFC throughout the match.
