The referee ignored ★ THE KINGS ★'s protests and gave Ruperto Arixo a yellow card for diving instead. After 3 played minutes ★ THE KINGS ★ got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Arixo. After having played for 4 minutes, Nestor Berdaitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huelén 's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nestor Berdaitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabricio Mateus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Berdaitz in the 6th minute of play. Anier Loi charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anier Loi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anier Loi kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. The supporters of ★ THE KINGS ★ booed when Huelén was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anier Loi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabricio Mateus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Berdaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Anier Loi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 25 minutes had been played. In the 28th minute Ruperto Arixo managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Huelén 's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ildefonso Resto in the 31st minute. Huelén 's Ildefonso Resto was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fabricio Mateus in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Dalmacio Leocadio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardino Sanchez in the 33rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norberto Santxol got free with Dalmacio Leocadio in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Huelén 's Dalmacio Leocadio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardino Sanchez in the 57th minute of play. Elpidio Quintana kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Huelén 's Nestor Berdaitz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fabricio Mateus. Fabricio Mateus yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. Fabricio Mateus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elpidio Quintana went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Fabricio Mateus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Berdaitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardino Sanchez in the 78th minute of play forced Huelén 's goalkeeper Dalmacio Leocadio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Arixo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
