Guido Valery took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hilario Egoitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hilario Egoitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Guido Valery tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Dario Lopes made the kick off in the second half. Hilario Egoitz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Guido Valery when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
