Spectators: 6980 (Terracing: 5339, Seating: 1636, VIP seats: 5) Jaguar's Leandro Patxi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Leopoldo Maraman came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Progresso FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leopoldo Maraman couldn't finish the play. If Lorenzo Ralondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaguar's Silverio Fiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolo Bitxintxo in the 7th minute of play. Silverio Fiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santo Hitzeder, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After having played for 11 minutes, Lorenzo Ralondo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Progresso FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lorenzo Ralondo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bartolo Bitxintxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leopoldo Maraman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rd minute, Mario Cordarryl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Ralondo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Silverio Fiz. Lorenzo Ralondo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 28th match minute, Progresso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Maraman to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leopoldo Maraman got free with Silverio Fiz in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 37th minute of the match, Lorenzo Ralondo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Silverio Fiz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After having played for 40 minutes, Lorenzo Ralondo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 56th minute Santo Hitzeder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silverio Fiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopoldo Maraman in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silverio Fiz saved Jaguar from getting behind. In the 61st minute, Bartolo Bitxintxo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Progresso FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. With a little luck, Progresso FC's Israel Boniel got control of the ball when Horacio Maties tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 71 played minutes Progresso FC got a freekick which was hit by Santo Hitzeder. Leandro Patxi charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leandro Patxi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Jaguar's Leandro Patxi got a free kick in the 75th minute. Santo Hitzeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silverio Fiz having to interfere. Lorenzo Ralondo scored 3-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silverio Fiz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leandro Patxi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Progresso FC's Santo Hitzeder got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Lorenzo Ralondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Jaguar's zone, Santo Hitzeder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silverio Fiz came out of the goal and Santo Hitzeder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lorenzo Ralondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
