Rafael Cresitobalo might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hilario Abilio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rafael Cresitobalo ran back to his position shaking his head. 29 minutes into the match, labase's goalkeeper Saverio Beremundo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Octavio Romildo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Octavio Romildo got free with Saverio Beremundo in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rafael Cresitobalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Abilio having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, labase's Angelo Azeari sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hilario Abilio narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
