The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matei Pârlog in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francisco Perpinya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Francisco Perpinya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Guerrero, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Palominos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pastor Bikendi in the 14th minute. After taking down the ball on Palominos's corner Pastor Bikendi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Francisco Perpinya quite easily take care of the ball. Gabriel Guillen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Bautista in the 16th minute of play. The supporters of Palominos booed when Bitter Fate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Furman didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 19 in the game by Matei Pârlog from a close distance when the talented Francisco Perpinya managed to make a qualified save. Bitter Fate's players were relieved. Gabriel Guillen came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Bitter Fate's Alejandro Lastur. But to his dismay, Alejandro Lastur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Bitter Fate booed when Palominos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pastor Bikendi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alejandro Lastur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Guillen having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Furman in the 40th minute of play forced Palominos's goalkeeper Gabriel Guillen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Jeremias Furman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the match, Marcos Mino notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Bitter Fate's Francisco Perpinya. Francisco Perpinya was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The wind increased when Matei Pârlog made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Palominos getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Pastor Bikendi hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matei Pârlog in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Francisco Perpinya saved Bitter Fate from getting behind. In the 59th match minute, Bitter Fate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Furman to maneuver through the defense. Aldo Guerrero struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Francisco Perpinya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palominos. In the 63rd minute Matei Pârlog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Perpinya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Aldo Guerrero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Bitter Fate booed when Palominos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amancio Mino didn't get a good kick on the ball.
