When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Lucas Alario sped through Reta FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Saturnino Cesaro. 18 minutes into the game, Jeremias Quadros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. After having played for 55 minutes, Jeremias Quadros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gap FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeremias Quadros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
