The Los muertos con tumbas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reynaldo Abadie should have stopped the shot. Efrain Michael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Batu Cem Kadirsah having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, Gaussiano could leave the field as winners, despite Los muertos con tumbas having more of the ball for most of the match.
