Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Dionisio Louis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Blas Ieltxu was the one to do the kick off. Ariel Piarres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Faron having to interfere. Relámpagos F. C.'s Blas Ieltxu got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Feliberto Pierres charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Feliberto Pierres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Dionisio Louis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dionisio Louis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Leo Faron when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Leo Faron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliciano Ignatius, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute.
