In the 6th minute Joel Fertus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Eguen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Fertus took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leopoldo Eguen. Leopoldo Eguen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, Paulino Vincent had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leopoldo Eguen. Rabona Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulino Vincent was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Leopoldo Eguen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulino Vincent, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd match minute, Rabona Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Gorka to maneuver through the defense. Leopoldo Eguen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Vincent in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Baltazar Mazza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leopoldo Eguen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Amado Mitxaut kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Leopoldo Eguen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Fertus, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Leopoldo Eguen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Ur in the 32nd minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Leif Avery in the 37th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Rabona Fc's Guaberto Gabirel. Leopoldo Eguen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltazar Mazza in the 39th minute of play. Joel Fertus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

With a little luck, Rabona Fc's Leopoldo Eguen got control of the ball when Flavio Celio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cosme Gorka made in the 54th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Boquerón AFC's Baltazar Mazza. Boquerón AFC's Baltazar Mazza quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Remigio Urdaspal, made in the 58th minute of the game. Paulino Vincent could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Leopoldo Eguen made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Fertus got free with Leopoldo Eguen in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 74th minute, Boquerón AFC's Leif Avery ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Leopoldo Eguen. Leopoldo Eguen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Boquerón AFC's zone, Rafael Bernal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gonçalo Queirós came out of the goal and Rafael Bernal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78th match minute, Boquerón AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltazar Mazza to maneuver through the defense. When Cosme Gorka fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rabona Fc's protests and gave Cosme Gorka a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st minute, Cosme Gorka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the game, Boquerón AFC's Paulino Vincent nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leopoldo Eguen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Remigio Urdaspal fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 95th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Boquerón AFC played a much better game than Rabona Fc and deserved their victory. The Rabona Fc players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
