The crowd rose to their feet as Devoto Strikers's Placido Presebal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Isidro Larra. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. Rosendo Pelagius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Larra having to interfere. Isidro Larra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Presebal in the 18th minute of play. Club Sportivo Dock Sud's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Rosendo Pelagius scored to the left of an out of position Isidro Larra, making the score, 5-0. 42 minutes into the game, Devoto Strikers's Placido Presebal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isidro Larra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. A collision led to Devoto Strikers getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Placido Presebal hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rosendo Pelagius made a kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Devoto Strikers's Rosendo Pelagius made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isidro Larra was left in no man's land by his defense there! Devoto Strikers fully deserved thier win.
